About Angry Dance AI, the Independent Angry Dance Video Maker
Angry Dance AI is a small website with one job: it takes a single photo of you and animates it into the Angry Dance, the short TikTok routine (also called the Bad Times trend) where someone walks up to the camera and argues with it: finger jabs at the lens, a palm slammed toward it, a hand on the hip and one last shout. You choose a model, a resolution, a clip length and a shape, and the maker renders the clip. There is no prompt to write and nobody has to film themselves dancing.
Why we made it
In late October 2026 the angry dance spread across TikTok through a CapCut template. Plenty of people wanted their own version but did not want to install an editor, hunt for a working copy of the template or fight with it on a phone. We built Angry Dance AI so the whole thing happens in a browser tab, and so the page tells you honestly what AI video can and cannot pull off.
Are we part of TikTok or CapCut?
No. Angry Dance AI is run independently. We have no partnership or business relationship with TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance or any creator whose clips made the trend popular, and none of them have looked at or approved this site. We use the trend's name only so people can find a tool that makes this kind of clip.
How the maker works, and its limits
Clips are rendered by Seedance 2.0 (the Standard option) or Seedance 2.5 (the Extended option), which we currently reach through the provider Kie. Your photo goes to the video model as the reference for how the dancer should look, and the model generates the movement, camera and room around you in the style of the angry dance.
Generated video is not a frame-perfect copy of anything. The face can shift slightly, clothing can drift from what is in your photo, and the fast finger jabs close to the lens sometimes come out blurred or oddly shaped. Where a soundtrack is added after rendering and that step fails, the clip can end up silent. Please watch every clip before you post it.
The lengths and shapes you can pick depend on the model and are listed in the maker. Everything you finish is stored in My Creations. Seedance and Kie are names owned by their respective companies, and which models we can offer may change. At the time of writing, the angry dance routine is in final testing, and the maker will start taking orders once it is ready.
The people behind the site
A small product team looks after the maker, payments, customer emails and every page you can read here. How we decide what goes on those pages, how we date changes and how we fix errors is written down in our Editorial Policy.
How we keep our pages accurate
When we describe a feature, we check it against the maker as it runs today: the models listed, the lengths and aspect ratios each one supports and the credits it charges. If a behaviour is controlled by a model provider rather than our own code, the page says that. We do not publish view counts, render-time promises or "best quality" rankings that we cannot back up, because AI video output shifts with the photo, the model version and how busy the servers are.
Fair use of the angry dance
Only upload pictures you are allowed to use. If the photo shows another adult, get their permission first; pictures of children are not accepted. The angry dance is a joke, so keep it friendly, tag the post as AI-generated wherever the platform allows, and never pass a clip off as real footage of someone. The complete rules live in our Terms of Service.
