Terms of Service | Angry Dance AI

What you agree to when you use Angry Dance AI: account duties, consent for photos, ownership of angry dance clips, banned uses, credits and billing, liability.
Oct 28, 2026

These terms apply from 28 October 2026 and were last updated on 28 October 2026.

1. Introduction

Angry Dance AI is glad to have you here. Your use of the photo-to-angry-dance video maker located at angrydanceai.video (the "Service") is governed by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Using the Service means you accept them; if you do not, please stay off the Service.

2. Service Description

At the moment the Service is a single tool: a maker that animates one uploaded photo into a short clip of that person doing the angry dance, a trending video format. You upload a photo, choose the routine (currently only the angry dance), then pick the engine, resolution and length, and the Service generates a video of roughly 5 to 19 seconds. Text-to-video, free-form prompts and still-image generation are not part of the Service today; if we introduce new tools, we will update these Terms before they go live. You need a signed-in account and enough credits from a plan or pack to render a clip.

Angry Dance AI is an independent fan project that sits on top of third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance as a platform operator, or any creator associated with the angry dance trend. The engines listed in the maker as Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 are ByteDance Seedance video models that we access through the API provider Kie, and they take your uploaded photo directly as the reference for how the dancer looks. Which models are offered, what they are called, what they can do and who supplies them may change, and unless we state otherwise those providers do not endorse or partner with Angry Dance AI.

AI-generated clips can be inaccurate, incomplete or surprising, and they can look similar to clips made for other people. Watch every clip before you rely on it, post it or send it to anyone.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must have the legal capacity to accept an agreement like this. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
  • Your account and billing details must be kept accurate and up to date.
  • Protecting your sign-in details is your responsibility, as is all activity that takes place through your account.
  • If you believe someone else has got into your account, let us know straight away at support@angrydanceai.video.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Whatever rights you lawfully hold in the photos you upload and the clips you generate remain yours. It is up to you to make sure your uploads, and how you use the results, comply with the law and do not violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. Specifically, a photo of a person may only be uploaded if it shows you or an adult who has agreed to be animated, and you must never present an angry dance clip as real footage of the person in it or of anyone else. Where a platform offers an AI-generated label, please use it.

You allow Angry Dance AI and the providers working for it to host, copy, transmit, process and display your uploads and the resulting clips under a limited, non-exclusive license, and only so far as needed to run, secure, debug and support the Service, including rendering, storing and showing your clips. This license does not give us ownership of any lawful content you provide.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation and original written content, is owned by Angry Dance AI or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service unless the law permits it or we have agreed in writing.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Billing authorization: By purchasing a subscription or credits, you authorize the payment provider named at checkout to charge the price shown, any applicable taxes and any recurring fees that were disclosed to you.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for a new period until you turn renewal off. The billing interval and price are shown to you before payment.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel via the subscription management portal or the cancellation option in the pricing or account area. Cancelling ends future renewals and usually takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Credits: How many credits a clip costs depends on the model and settings you pick. Credits belong to the account that purchased them and expire according to the schedule shown on the pricing page or at checkout.
  • Payment processing: Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake or whichever processor is named on the checkout page. That provider processes your full card details; they are never stored on our servers.
  • Refunds: Who qualifies and how to ask is covered in the Refund Policy; consumer rights that the law makes mandatory remain fully intact.

If a charge seems wrong, email support@angrydanceai.video before raising a dispute with your payment provider so we can investigate.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

What follows is our Acceptable Use Policy. It governs each uploaded photo, each rendered clip and any effort to sidestep the safeguards built into the Service.

You may not upload, generate or help anyone else produce any of the following:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive clips, sexual services or fetish content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors and any grooming or exploitation of minors are never tolerated.
  2. Violent or graphic content: Graphic injuries, gore, torture, glorification of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or content intended to threaten or facilitate physical harm.
  3. Hateful or abusive content: Content that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people, or encourages discrimination or violence against them, based on protected characteristics.
  4. Deceptive impersonation: Non-consensual intimate imagery, misleading portrayals of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or AI clips meant to mislead viewers about whether a clip is real or where it came from. Animating someone's photo without their consent falls under this rule.
  5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: Anything that violates someone's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, trade secrets or other proprietary or personal rights.
  6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: Content that breaks the law, supports scams or phishing, spreads malware, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people, or is designed to deceive or cause harm.

You also may not evade safety filters, test or interfere with the platform's security, automate access we have not allowed, scrape outputs at scale, resell access without our permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Uploaded photos and generated clips pass through automated safeguards, which combine keyword blocklists, automated safety classifiers and each model provider's built-in moderation. Automated checks make mistakes, so content that is flagged or reported may also be reviewed by a person.

To report prohibited content, a possible impersonation, a child-safety issue or an infringement, email support@angrydanceai.video with the subject line Content Report. Please add the URL or account involved, describe the problem and attach any screenshots or evidence. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days, and anything involving child safety or a credible threat of physical harm is handled first.

Depending on the severity of the issue, any previous history and the law that applies, we may refuse a request, block or remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, keep relevant records or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts linked to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery can be suspended immediately. If you want to contest an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact support with the details.

8. Privacy

The way personal data is collected, used, kept and shared is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that uploaded photos and related request data may be sent to hosting, storage, safety and AI model providers when that is required to complete the workflow you chose.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The Service comes to you "as is" and "as available." Models, features, credit prices, limits and availability may change, and we may alter, pause or stop parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with our providers or compliant with the law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular result from a given photo or routine.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

As far as the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of AI-generated output. Nothing produced by a model is legal, medical, financial or any other professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law permits, Angry Dance AI, its affiliates, service providers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities resulting from the Service. Any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude continues to apply.

12. Suspension and Termination

You are free to quit the Service whenever you choose. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account creates a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk. Requests to close an account or delete personal data are handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may change as the Service, our providers or the law develop. Any new version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top, and where the law requires it we will give extra notice of material changes. If you keep using the Service after the new version takes effect, you accept it.

14. Governing Law

The law of the place where the Service's operator is established governs these Terms, though any consumer protections that are mandatory for you still apply. Before bringing any formal claim, please contact us in writing so we have a chance to resolve the matter informally.
