When an Angry Dance AI purchase can be refunded, how to ask, how long the money takes to arrive, what is excluded and who to contact about billing.

Buying credits for an angry dance clip should never feel like a gamble. This page explains when we can send your money back if a plan or credit pack turns out not to be what you wanted. Separately from this policy, a render that fails or is stopped by our safety check always returns its credits to your balance automatically.

Refund Eligibility

An order qualifies for a refund only if both conditions below are met:

Your request reaches us no later than 7 days after your first purchase or your first subscription charge.
The account has not put its paid features to meaningful use yet.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@angrydanceai.video with:

Your account's sign-up email address
Any order number or receipt reference you can find
Optionally, a line about the reason for your request

Processing Time

An approved refund is paid back to the same card or account you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5-10 business days before the money shows up.

Non-Refundable Cases

Generally, these are not eligible for a refund:

Accounts that have already used a lot of what they paid for, for example by spending most of their credits or rendering many angry dance clips
Subscription renewal charges when the request comes in after the 7-day window
One-time credit packs, except where the law says we must refund them
Accounts that broke the Terms of Service or have been misusing refunds

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription is possible at any time and simply stops the next renewal. It prevents further charges, but it does not on its own pay back anything you were already charged.

Chargebacks

Before you open a dispute with your bank, please contact support first; most billing problems can be sorted out faster that way. If a chargeback is opened and still unresolved, we may restrict the account while it is reviewed.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not remove any consumer right that the law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived.
